"From the life of an Agile Coach" - Guest Lecture
"Getting in the shoes of an agile coach"
On Jan 20th, students of Agile Project Management course stepped in the shoes of an agile coach and elaborated on real situations and challenges of implementing agility in practice. Holger Marx, experienced agile coach at Campana & Schott joined the lecture and presented case studies, where master students applied their knowledge on real-case studies and scenarios from day-to-day consulting life.
They discussed exciting life-situations of an agile coach, e.g.
"What do you do...
... when 38 people join a Daily-Stand-up meeting?"
... when the agile team decides to remove retrospectives?"
... when the agile team does not know what their product is?"
It was fun!
The term agile is and stays a hot topic despite the fact that there are great differences in its understanding and application in practice.
Thanks for joining, Holger, and having an insightful discussion applying what we have learned in the last months Prof. Dr. Ralf Plattfaut!
