Carolin Vollenberg presents our joint research paper on unintended affordances, workarounds, and deviant behavior at the International Conference on Information Systems in India.

In the paper, we conceptualize unintended affordances and discuss different organizational reactions on these affordances. The paper is based on an ethnographic study in a German hospital.
