In the last days, Ralf Plattfaut participated in the 21st International Conference on Business Process Management.

The conference took place in Utrecht and was visited by about 300 participants from research and industry. During the conference, Ralf Plattfaut participated in Workshop on Change, Drift, and Dynamics of Organizational Processes, where Carolin Vollenberg presented results of a joint research project on unintended affordances and organizational reactions. Moreover, he chaired several sessions and moderated a panel discussion on the future of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Last, he also presented preliminary results on research on user resistance towards RPA adoption.
