Abstract

In cooperation with PROVINZIAL (in specific with the department for personnel and organizational development), the impact of the implemented GenAI tool on leadership shall be investigated. The thesis will be methodically based on a qualitative design, where interviews with experts within the organization need to be conducted. 

This research project seeks for a master student who

• is highly interested into the topic
• motivated for deep dive into the topic and help to identify valuable insights for the organization
• speaks C1 level german

Next to the thesis, PROVINZIAL will embed the master student in their environment. Hereby, it is expected to continuously design and communicate thesis and topic specific results in the organization and especially with the leadership of the organization.
