Bio:

Peter A. François is a research associate primarily engaged in the project "Construction and Evaluation of Reference Models and Components for AI-supported Process Automation" (“Konstruktion und Evaluation von Referenzmodellen und –bausteinenzur KI-gestützten Automatisierung von Prozessen“). His research focuses on business process management, the reuse of low-code programming, and citizen developers. He has practical experience in IT project management and digitalization initiatives. In addition, he taught process management and automation and conducted practical training and coaching in digitalization on practitioner and management levels.
